We developed our Adspend Marketing Mix Model, which uses Bayesian Machine Learning, to measure advertising effectiveness and improve budget allocations for our retail partners. This allows us to optimize ad spends in two key areas: 1) between ad platforms and 2) at the campaign or ad-group level within a single ad platform.
The model is always “online,” which means it constantly learns from recent data and then provides optimization guidelines. For example, it may suggest adjusting Google Ads spend by allocating 5% more to the Dresses category and 5% less to the Shoes category. While we could automate the budget adjustments, we prefer to let these numbers serve as a guide for our expert team, who can overlay additional context before implementing.
